It was a privilege to be with 28 leaders from 14 churches at the NextGen Summit at Willow Park Christian Camp in Auckland this week.
I’m so grateful for the many ways these leaders shepherd, disciple, and lead teams of children and family ministry leaders, and youth and young adult leaders in their churches.
It was so encouraging to hear conversations about how various churches are working together to point children, youth and families to Jesus, through the gospel from the Bible.
It was also a privilege to honour Chris and Sue Barrow (pictured below left). After 23 years of service at Willow Park and 30 years of service in Christian Camping, Chris and Sue will retire in March 2025. So, we wanted as a group to say a special thank you to them both.
