Last week, a combined youth event was held at New Plymouth Community Church (NPCC) with Tom McIvor as the guest speaker. With a small group of about 10, they hosted around 70 young people from their wider community.
Youth Pastor Jake Moir writes,
“To make it happen, each of our young people had a different role for the night which they took responsibility for and worked together as a team. I’m very encouraged by their passion to represent our church youth group and host these other groups.”

A highlight from the evening was 15 young people coming to faith in Jesus.
I loved hearing that four of the teens that led through their service during the event were the four teens that NPCC recently brought along to First Training at Highland Home Christian Camp a few weeks ago. Jake says, “It’s a huge win to see leadership teaching put into action so quickly!”
