It’s encouraging seeing churches and support ministries working together to point people to Jesus.
On Friday seven leaders from three Northland Churches (who are also involved with Coopers Beach Christian Youth Camp) came together to explore further how more Northlanders could hear and experience the gospel.
I am really grateful for the work of Evelyn Laybourn at Coopers Beach Christian Youth Camp. Evelyn is to the left of Richard Davis (who is sitting with his back to the camera).
I'm grateful too for Reg Carr from Mangonui Bible Chapel and his heart for the lost. He is pictured on the right back in the black and white jersey.
A big thanks to Andrew Fleming from Tōtara North Bible Chapel for his involvement both amongst his church family and with the camp.
It was also lovely to have Andrea and Ted Muir (right front both in black) present, as they were on holiday in Northland.
It has been a privilege for both Richard Fountain (Auckland Regional Enabler) and Richard Davis (Camping Enabler) from CCCNZ to be a part of both gatherings.
On Saturday Raumati Crescent Chapel in Onerahi, Whangārei, hosted a lunch with Clark Road Chapel, Lighthouse Church Tutukaka, and Marsden Bay Camp staff and Rally in attendance. We look forward to hearing what comes out of the conversations.

Pictured above is Chris Kanara who organised the lunch. He and his wife, Ruth continue to serve with others at Raumati Crescent Chapel.
