How can we serve alongside you as you work together as churches, campsites and support ministries to point people to Jesus through the gospel from the Scriptures? That’s the question we explored together as a staff team on Tuesday and Wednesday at our staff conference at Willow Park Christian Camp in Auckland.
It was lovely for the staff team to pray for Jeff Orr, the new Senior Executive Officer at Stewards Trust, as he began his new role on Monday. Jeff has a passion for seeing churches flourish in their mission through the use and development of their properties.
Jeff has a rich history in the movement through involvement in local churches and camping. He brings a wealth of property, finance, and development experience to the role. His office is at The Orchard Church in Te Puke. Jeff will be leading a workshop at the CCCNZ regional conferences, across the country and the year.
We were grateful also to have Alan Aitken with us as Project Director for Te Maru (the OBH Camp Project). At the heart of Te Maru is a desire to see CCCNZ/OBH churches and camps working together more effectively to point more people to Jesus.
