We are a movement of ordinary people in ordinary churches. The history of our movement is of ordinary churches sending ordinary people to plant churches who will speak and live the extraordinary message of good news.
For this reason, it has been a profound joy over the last two years seeing Clark Road Chapel plant The Lighthouse Church in Northland, and Manurewa Bible Church plant Franklin Bible Church in Pukekohe in South Auckland.
On Saturday afternoon Franklin Bible Church held an event to celebrate and give thanks to God for all that he has done to establish FBC in Pukekohe.
A special thank you to Manurewa Bible Church, the church that a few years ago sent a number of families to plant FBC.
David Frost, one of the elders, and his wife Gill have served since the team started. They encourage people with the principle: “Don’t be so concerned about what you don’t have. If we spend our time focused on the things we don’t have, we’ll never get ahead”.
